Swimming:
From Orlando, it is a 1½-hour drive to the sandy beaches of the east coast of Florida and about 3 hours by car to the west coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Lake Berkley is not suitable for bathing.

Outdoor sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on 18 golf courses within a radius of 40 km. Green fees vary enormously according to the week, day and course. A small tip: it's considerably cheaper on most courses after 14:00 - 15:00.

Drinks are served at the poolside bar. There is no restaurant and there are no shopping facilities at the resort itself, however in the immediate vicinity you will find a large number of restaurants in various price categories and a 24-hour shopping centre.
